Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, we are here to help.
You have a 60-day return window from the date your order arrives to return any item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached, and you must include the receipt or valid proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@nuittime.com with your order number, and we will provide you with a shipping label. Regarding shipping costs, we will cover all expenses if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. However, for "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
Please be aware that we only offer exchanges if items are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to our support team within the 60-day window to arrange the replacement.
