Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1¼ cups fresh or frozen berries, chopped (set aside 1 cup for blending)
- 1 cup granola
Instructions
Make the Yogurt Bases
- In a small bowl, combine 1¼ cups yogurt with the maple syrup. Set aside.
- In a blender, blend the remaining ¾ cup yogurt with 1 cup of berries for about 20 seconds, until smooth. Pour into a separate bowl.
Assemble the Popsicles
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the maple yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold.
- Top with 2 teaspoons of granola and 1 teaspoon of chopped berries.
- Fill the molds almost to the top with the berry yogurt mixture.
- Insert a popsicle stick and plunge up and down a few times to create a swirl.
- Top each mold with 1 more teaspoon of granola.
- Cover and insert sticks, leaving about 2 inches exposed.
Freeze
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
To Serve
- Rinse the tray under warm water for 10–15 seconds to release the popsicles.
- Remove popsicles from molds and place on a chilled platter for parties or breakfast spreads.
- Surround with fresh fruit for a colorful, grab-and-go display.
